I have to agree completely with Iona. I have to defend myself and my opinions constantly, to a much greater extent than any of my male classmates, and I have to put up with much greater opprobrium for simply having an opinion than any of my male classmates.

I have a MacBook Pro, which has a trackpad built in, & I still prefer a mouse with a scrolling wheel.

By the way, I just wanted to point out that Standard Poodles [the big ones, not the little yippy things that are actually members of the throw pillow family] are the kindest, sweetest, most gentle, adorable creatures that ever graced the face of the Earth.
